Fashion City Textiles accepts eligible returns to ensure a convenient shopping experience.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery of the order. The return request must be made within this period by contacting us through our customer-support details.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• Original tags, labels and packaging should be intact where applicable.
• The product must not have been washed, altered, damaged or used.
• The product should be returned with accessories or items originally supplied with it.
Non-Returnable Products
The following may not be eligible for return:
• Products that have been used, washed or altered
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
• Products without original tags where tags are required
• Customised or personalised products
• Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return or refund.
Return Shipping
Where the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect product, Fashion City Textiles will provide the appropriate return arrangement.
For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may apply.
Return Inspection
All returned products are subject to inspection. A return may be rejected if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
