Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during special sale periods may require additional processing time.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally:
• Kerala: 2–5 business days
• Other parts of India: 3–8 business days
These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, holidays and other circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through SMS, email or other available communication channels.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delivery Delays
Fashion City Textiles is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or incorrect address/contact information provided by the customer.
We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.
Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, provided an incorrect address or failed to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
