However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, lighting and photography conditions.

3. Pricing

All product prices are displayed on the website. Applicable taxes and delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Fashion City Textiles reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors.

4. Orders

An order is considered successfully placed after payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent transactions, incorrect or incomplete customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.

5. Payments

Payments may be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

We do not store your complete card, UPI or banking credentials on our servers. Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Customers are requested to check the product and contact us within the specified return period if there is any issue.

8. Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may be required to follow our return procedure.
